Former Glasgow resident Ann Elizabeth Frazee passed away at Big Bend Retreat in Slater December 9, 2011. She was 99 years of age. Mrs. Frazee was born January 2, 1912 in Aholt, MO to Ben and Nora (Nordmeyer) Nellesen. She attended St. Mary’s School in Glasgow. Ann married Rollie Irvin Frazee November 2, 1940 in Glasgow and he preceded her in death February 22, 2005. Mrs. Frazee is survived by five sons, Lloyd of Hale, MO, Ben of Slater, Jim of Boonville, John of Marshall and Gail of Glasgow, two daughters, Nancy Hendrix of New Franklin and Linda David of Jefferson City, 21 grandchildren and 34 great grandchildren. Besides her parents and husband she preceded in death by one brother, Carl Nellesen and one sister, Rose Goethals. A funeral mass was 11 AM, Tuesday, December 13, 2011 at St. Mary’s Catholic Church with Father Richard Frank officiating. Visitation was one hour before the service. Burial was in Pleasant Green Cemetery, south of Glasgow. Memorials are suggested to St. Mary’s Church or Big Bend Retreat in care of Friemonth-Freese Funeral Home, 112 Market St., Glasgow, MO 65254.
